The City Lofts project incorporates quality and design-focused materials throughout the building. These were hand selected by a talented design team – focused on both form and function. The building has bright, welcoming cool aluminum metal panel siding on the exterior of the building that’s multi-colored, modern and urban. Colors include light and dark shades of blue, silver and copper. This vibrant building is an inviting structure to patrons and community members entering the city through the East Allen Street gateway district.

City Lofts was designed to work with the site’s terrain so that it balances size with the desires of the gateway district as well as the neighborhood along Manseau Street. Although zoning allows for greater density, our building will have only 3 stories on the neighborhood side and 4 stories along the bustling East Allen Street side. The large-standing windows will let in light and picturesque city views, and they are both energy efficient and provide sound proofing. The building’s insulation far exceeds energy efficiency requirements and will keep the air cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
